Gryphon
Construction is preparing to embark on the largest Construction
contract in our history. Marina Grande North Miami Beach will
consist of two 24-story towers, each with its own precast parking
garage and an 111-slip luxury marina in between |

the North and South Towers. The twin towers located in the City of
North Miami Beach will become the crowning jewel on the intercoastal.
Private gatehouse entries, luxury swimming pools and recreation decks
surround each tower. Once inside the towers, a state of the art
fitness studio, library, business center and club room will provide
the 468-unit future owners a modern and functional common area. The
468-units vary between 1700 to over 4000 square feet with 2-4
bedrooms. They come equipped with state of the art appliances, Italian
kitchen cabinets, marble bathrooms and designer ready living spaces.
The
Gryphon team is gearing up to build on these 14.66 acres situated
between Biscayne Boulevard and Maule Lake. Randall Seneff, Joe Llanes
and John Ryan have been working diligently in building out our site
office. We have taken over an existing gas station and converted it
into our Marina Grande home base AKA "The Hall of Justice". The
administrative team of Brian Kibler and Marilyn Masferrer are setting
up the area and getting ready to move into the space in the Month of
April.
Bruce
Watson, Dave West and Dick Dotson will be joining our team once we
obtain a permit. We would like to welcome Richard Thompson and Angela
Suarez our newest Gryphon employees to the Marina Grande team.
The
27-month schedule will be a challenge our team is ready to undertake.
