stage.
 In addition, after months of design, work on the Garage/Spa can
finally begin. We have driven the piles and have started excavation of
the pile caps. With the help of the Estimating Department, we are
confident we can develop a good budget to build by.
The interior work has just begun with framing up through the fifth
floor. With Mark and Jim leading the charge, and with the support of
our very competent subs, we are looking forward to tremendous success.
