This
past February Gryphon Construction was invited to participate in a
national conference of insurance and bonding professionals that
was presented by
Zurich. For
those of you that do not know Zurich, this company provides and
administers the 'Sub-Guard' Contractor Default Insurance
Program. As part
of our participation,
Zurich
requested that Gryphon make a presentation on 'best practices in
condominium construction'. A team from Gryphon traveled to Hammock
Beach, and put on a two-hour presentation that included a PowerPoint
slide show and a panel discussion. At
the conclusion of the presentation Mr. Robert Bialon, a Zurich Vice
President for General Liability in Construction commented that he
thought the presentation was great and very informative.
'Gryphon articulated the issues and the solutions
extremely well. In fact, all of us agree that Gryphon probably does
the best job in condo construction of any (potential) client to date.
I mean that, too.'
