anticipation of the building permits being released and
construction beginning soon. |
Construction
plans have been released for the
Peninsula II
spa & gym. This
full service facility will serve the residents of both Peninsula
I and the new residents of Peninsula II, which is currently
under construction. This 13,000 square foot facility includes
|

|
treatment rooms, aerobics, an open gym, steam rooms, saunas, a juice
bar, a pool and spa, tennis courts and even a bamboo garden for
meditation. All of this work is designed to be located on the fourth
of the parking garage. Final pricing for this $500 per square foot
facility should be completed in the next 30 days. |
Our
estimating department is also involved with the ongoing construction
of Biscayne Landing
towers. The
owner has decided to make a
major change in the exterior façade of the upper level roof
parapets. A change of this magnitude, coming so late in the shell |

construction of a project, demands a highly coordinated
effort of both the gryphon field staff and the gryphon
estimating staff. Both groups are working together to
provide the pricing and the details to insure that the
project stays on schedule. The project is presently ahead of
schedule and under budget. |
