Capital
At Brickell continues to be our main focus as we prepare for a
mid-summer start to begin soil improvement work at the Project. The
soil improvement permit will allow for tree removal, 1,450 lineal
feet of steel sheet piling, the mass excavation of 60,000 cubic
yards of earth and the installation of over 1,000 auger cast
concrete piles.
Eric
Cohen, our new senior project manager, is working with the
preconstruction department to coordinate field operations and
logistical planning for a smooth transition from precon to
construction. Please welcome Eric to our gryphon family.
340
West 42nd Street is not just an address in New York City . It is a
yet to be named high-end condominium project that we have begun
preconstruction activities on with cabi developers. As you know, cabi
developers and gryphon construction are working together on
Everglades
on the Bay as well as
Capital at Brickell. They now have
entrusted their next project to us. 340 West 42nd Street has seven
3-story town-homes and forty-three condominium units in a seven
story art deco style building. It will include a 100 space parking
garage that will be integrated into the interior of the project.
