Gryphon Construction Topped Out Tower 2 on August 16th, 2006 and celebrated with a party on August 25th, 2006. The party was attended by everyone involved on the project from the laborers to the City of North Miami. Michelle Malick out did herself this time by having a DJ, food by Sonny’s Barbecue, twice as many raffles as the Tower 1 top out party, and the Miami Dolphin cheerleaders. The Miami Dolphin cheerleaders showed up around 11:30 and everyone seemed to take notice. The party started at 12:00 with a never ending line that seemed to have hundreds of people in it.

After everyone received their shirts, pictures and food it was time to start the raffle. There were so many great prizes. Everything from gift cards to tools to a 200 pound stainless steel barbecue. The two biggest prizes were a flat panel LCD television that was won by Ken Hatton from C. Davis Electric and the stainless steel barbecue that was won by Talmac.

Near the end of the raffle there was one last surprise for everyone. The Miami Dolphin cheerleaders treated everyone to a short dance routine, and it was exquisite.
