The Marina Grande – NMB project is currently a single 24 story condominium building, 234-units and separate 7-level precast parking garage. These designer ready units will have full amenities including valet, swimming pool, fitness room, clubhouse, library and even a wine room. This $103 million project is located on Maule lake with access to the ocean. Construction began on September 14th, 2006. Currently, 85% of the tower foundation is completed, scaffolding for 2nd floor is being installed and 80% of the parking garage auger piles are complete. Gryphon has an awesome team assembled and with the help of great subcontractors this will be the crowning jewel of North Miami Beach.
