Gryphon requires field employees to obtain an OSHA 10 hour certification and management employees to obtain an OSHA 30 hour certification. Through the combination of outside resources and our safety training personnel (Robert Strong, Jonathan Jaramillo, Mark Inhoof and Benito Rosales), every field employee has achieved this requirement. Currently there is an OSHA 30 hour class being facilitated at MGNMB with VIP representation including our very own President. By the end of 2007 every management employee will have had the opportunity to obtain their OSHA 30 hour certification.

The experience is proving to be a value to Gryphon in that ideas and experiences are being shared on every level. The attitude towards this training has been overwhelming in terms of participation and inquiry.
