Gryphon along with DSS Consultants is proving again that we truly are the best as we push our way to CO. As we move closer to closing out floors in anticipation for the fast approaching punch-out/final inspection process we can truly appreciate what has happened here. Gryphon came onsite as merely a consultant to the former GC to help them finish this project, but despite their best efforts the former GC just didn’t have the experience to overcome the design issues and scheduling demands set forth by the ownership. The decision was then made to put the entire project in Gryphon’s hands, and we pooled the best and brightest together to make this happen. And in just a few months we have brought this project back on schedule and are running full speed to complete this project as planned.

The building is approaching the final inspection stage and is moving quite quickly to get those inspections and we are preparing ourselves for punch-out. The main lobby seemed to be an insurmountable task as our team discovered that there was absolutely no coordination between the designers. But with constant coordination and vigilance we have overcome the design issues and are days away from drywall and finish. This lobby will be a sight to see with its many water features, intricate woodwork, lavish furnishings and wall finishes and will be a testament to our experience and knowledge. The site work is moving at blinding speeds as we move closer to landscaping and paving. The pool and lanai deck are nearing completion as our tile subcontractor put there finishing touches in some areas. As for the landscaping, it is just a mater of time before we begin the work.

The MEI is a shining example as to what Gryphon is all about, we have overcome gigantic hurdles and adversity. We push everyday to prove that we truly are the best. Wish us luck and keep your eyes on the aerials!
