Greetings and Salutations from the Penn II jobsite. The Gryphon team is alive and well! In an effort only outdone by Moses parting the Red Sea, we achieved our TCO of the entire tower, gym, and spa on December 17th, only 2 days overdue. We have our expert punch out crew led by Tom Daugherty and Donnie Peel, making sure that the unit closings go off without a hitch in the tower. The office staff is busy closing all loose ends so that we can be demobilized by February 15th.

The buildings look magnificent and are a testament to Gryphon’s mission statement. Under the leadership of Charlie Adams and Mark Werntz, the support staff which includes superintendents, project coordinators, Admin., skilled labor, etc., made this monumentous achievement a reality. We wish the entire company a prosperous new year with much blessing in their personal lives which will, undoubtedly, spillover into our present and future projects.
