Building F-1 in Park Square at Doral is a Class-A office building located in the heart of Doral. The Office Building F-1 is moving at a great pace, we have completed the auger cast piles and the pile caps are over 70% complete. The first lift of verticals are being poured right behind the pile caps. We have also started installing scaffolding and shoring for the 2nd floor. With the help of two out of three tower cranes that are erected, we are starting to move along even more efficiently. The picture shown is already a few weeks old and the aerial photos can’t keep up with us. In the next month we will have the entire 80,000 S.F. footprint of this building completed.
