One of Gryphon’s newest projects is the Banyan Corporate Center II. This is a 163,000 SF warehouse that has mezzanine offices in each warehouse bay. There are a total of 17 separate bays in the warehouse. The project team is consisted of Randall Seneff (Project Superintendent) and Charlie Bertalan (Project Manager).

The schedule for the project is 10 months but we are aiming for completion in 8 months. The building permit should be obtained in the coming weeks. More to come next newsletter. project.
