We have been off to a slow start this year with our hopes and dreams to build the Capital. This amazing project, of which most can only dream of getting the opportunity to be a part of, will just have to wait a little longer to get out of the ground. The North Tower is in redesign as well as the Ballrooms. Once the redesign is complete, a new wind tunnel study will be performed before we can receive the North Tower pile design. In anticipation of building both towers, we have moved our offices across the street so we can excavate and install sheet piles for the North Tower. Although we are not as far along as we had hoped, we will stay positive and know that we will get there soon.
