Park Square at Doral Building F-1 is currently ahead of schedule and looking forward to an early top out. We are on the eleventh floor and will have only the roof slab and roof structures left to pour. Our interior trades have commenced work on the sixth floor of the office area, which is the first leasable floor. The ground floor back of house is coming along and our emergency generator is in place. We have some design changes that are currently being worked through, however our team has taken all the changes in stride and continued marching forward without many delays. Gryphon swings has taken over our exterior garage and are doing a fine job. We look forward to a successful completion of this project.
