Gryphon Construction completed all major structural work on the Everglades on the Bay in the beginning of January 2008. Since then, Gryphon Shell’s workforce has concentrated on completing all secondary pours, topping slabs and crane/buck hoist pour backs.

In addition, Gryphon Shell recently completed the construction of Well Box #3 and the North Tower entrance slab above, the difficult task included draining the area on a daily basis as well as working in confined spaces. Once again, the Gryphon Safety was hard at work making the area secure to work in. Currently, Gryphon Shell has been working close with Yates Construction to help reach TCO by scheduled date of June 29, 2008. Let’s keep our fingers crossed.
