A lot has happened at the MEI Condominium since the last newsletter was published in January. The pool deck was completed and passed the HRS inspection; the vast majority of all the site work has been completed; and we received the PCO for the units and the common areas.

The remaining tasks that stand between the team and the CO are the completion of the Spa and Fitness area, completion of the lobby flooring and the typical corridor FF&E package. Oh yeah and we get to deal with the punch-out of the 133 units and prepping the units for the Owner walk-throughs. Hopefully in the next newsletter I will be able to share with everyone the completion of the MEI Condominium.
