The Project consists of the interior construction of the 3rd floor of the Wayne Huizenga Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship - Carl DeSantis Building. The expected duration of the project is 3 months. Our target date is August 1, 2008.

Some of the trades involved includes Millwork, Wood Doors, Glass, Finish Hardware, Drywall & Insulation, Ceramic tile, Raise Flooring, Carpet, Acoustical Ceilings, Toilet Accessories, Operable Partitions, Painting, Specialties, Plumbing, Fire Protection, HVAC, Electrical.

Gryphon’s Team is working diligently to keep the target date.

Devin Furlong, Kris Kibler and Mr. Clarence Major are working full speed to complete the project by the date expected and they are doing an excellent job.
