What a ride we have had at Pen II. We were unfortunately faced with not being paid for several months and forced to leave the job that was 99.9% complete. Peninsula II has since changed Ownership and we have avoided foreclosure. We have been diligently working with the new Owners through a rigorous audit and settlement negotiations. We are finalizing the last few details of our settlement agreement and should soon be back onsite to finish out the remaining punch list work and the minimal finishes in Spa and Gym.

Although we were ready for several months prior we finally received our Certificate of Occupancy on April 25th. We look forward to finishing Pen II and applying the knowledge we have learned from so many ups and downs to better the next project.
