Safety Employee Of the Month
Tims job duty is to push the critical path of the job, more specifically, the structure. The overall job schedule is dependant on the structure completing on or ahead of schedule. From the beginning he was the go, go, go guy. Minor safety infractions seemed to be of secondary importance to getting the job done. Minor being the key word, he never put anyone at risk. The safety harness on the working deck for example was not one of his favorite things.
As time has passed, Timmy has morphed into "the go fast safety guy". He has become more patient, and yet maintains the urgency required to make the pours happen. He corrects safety violations as they may occur or notifies the safety department for them to correct. He preplans his work with the necessary safety requirements in place. He informs Robert of upcoming events such as placing boom jumps so that the safety team can be prepared to guardrail the newly exposed openings. And lastly, he has become quite comfortable in his very fashionable and snazzy looking safety harness. He wears it with pride.
