Building F-1 in Park Square at Doral is a Class-A office building
located in the heart of Doral. The Office Building F-1 is moving at
a great pace, we have completed the auger cast piles and the pile
caps are over 70% complete.

Capital at Brickell - Mar '08
As
the new year begins Gryphon is continuing to work on the Soil
Improvement Phase for the Capital at Brickell. Gryphon has just
completed the installation of the 30" Auger Cast Piles for the first
phase which includes the podium and South Tower foundation.

Biscayne Landing Towers 1 and 2 - Mar '08
Almost there... The light at the end of the tunnel is so close that it is almost shining on us. Tower I interior punch out activities are complete. Tower II interior punch out activities will be completed in the next couple of weeks. Exterior punch out is in it’s final stages.
