Capital at Brickell - June '08
We have been off to a slow start this year with our hopes and dreams to build the Capital. This amazing project, of which most can only dream of getting the opportunity to be a part of, will just have to wait a little longer to get out of the ground.

Peninsula II - June '08
What a ride we have had at Pen II. We were unfortunately faced with
not being paid for several months and forced to leave the job that
was 99.9% complete. Peninsula II has since changed Ownership and we
have avoided foreclosure.

MEI Condominium - June '08
A lot has happened at the MEI Condominium since the last newsletter was published in January. The pool deck was completed and passed the HRS inspection; the vast majority of all the site work has been completed; and we received the PCO for the units

Park Square at Doral - June '08
Park Square at Doral Building F-1 is currently ahead of schedule and
looking forward to an early top out. We are on the eleventh floor
and will have only the roof slab and roof structures left to pour.
Our interior trades have commenced work on the sixth floor of the

Everglades on the Bay - June '08
Gryphon Construction completed all major structural work on the Everglades on the Bay in the beginning of January 2008. Since then, Gryphon Shell’s workforce has concentrated on completing all secondary pours, topping slabs and crane/buck hoist pour backs.
