Description of the Project: Tower 1 and Tower 2 are 25 story condominium towers with a combined 373 units. Tower 1 is 349,281 sq. ft., and Tower 2 is 567,646 sq. ft. Engineered and constructed in standard South Florida fashion with concrete, reinforcement, post tension slabs and masonry. Balconies run along the East elevation and exterior corridors run along the West elevation. The 288,768 sq. ft. parking garage is a detached precast 5 story structure.
