Description of the Project: This mega project has moved to
the completion of 100% Design Development documents. We are
now beginning the Construction Documents phase of design and
Gryphon is working hand-in-hand with the Owner and the
Design Team to assure that construction details are
efficient and buildable. The Project is scheduled for
foundations to begin during the fourth quarter of 2007, with
vertical construction to commence shortly after.
