With two towers of 53 and 57 stories and a 12 story mixed use pedestal; the Capital rises above Brickell forever changing the Miami skyline. The project is mixed use incorporating residential, office & retail space into the building. The project includes 822 residential units averaging 1,400 sq. ft., approximately 47,000 sq. ft. of premium retail space and 97,000 sq. ft. of office condominiums.
