Description of the Project: This 11-story office building
has over 700,000 square feet of retail, office and parking
garage. This building will be started by September 1st, 2007
and will be completed in less than 16 months. Our Estimating
department is already waiting on the arrival of Phase II. A
200,000 square foot Retail component will arrive within the
next 60 days. We welcome Shoma Development into the Gryphon
