Description of the Project:
The Project is in planning now and scheduled to consist of over 4,175,000 sq. ft of luxury rental apartments, upscale retail shops and cafes, office buildings, multi-level parking garages, a 4-star flagship hotel with convention center and Broward County’s newest state-of-the-art teaching hospital. The Project will be phased with the first phase being released into construction documents at the present time. Gryphon Construction is serving our client as Preconstruction Contractor and is looking forward to starting construction of Phase I on or about January of 2007.
